Your Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll own the guest experience and run the day-to-day with integrity. Think of this as both a leadership and front-of-house role:

- Front-of-house acumen: Host, bar, and dining assistant responsibilities
- Team leadership: Head your shift – set the tone – keep standards high
