What will you be doing?
As a Shift Supervisor, your role includes:
- Hosting guests, serving them with confidence, and managing day-to-day operations
- Leading your team effectively as a shift leader—balancing service with team momentum
- Serving as a role model, mentoring team members and supporting their development
- Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety
