Responsibilities: Key Tasks as Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor, your role involves:
- Day-to-day operations: Act as a host, frontline servant, and team leader to ensure smooth running
- Shift leadership: Steer the team effectively during each working session
- Training & mentoring: Be a role model for new team members, fostering their development
- Standards & safety: Maintain high cleanliness and guest safety criteria
