Responsibilities
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll:
- Handle day-to-day operations: hosting guests, team leading, serving bar food/drinks
- Set the tone for the shift as a role model, ensuring your team deliver great service
- Train and mentor your shift staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
