Responsibilities
As [Shift Supervisor), your key tasks will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations: Acting as host, guest-facing service, and leading your team—day-to-day success starts with confidence and effort.
- Shift leadership: Setting the standard, guiding the team, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Mentoring growth: Being a role model, training new staff, and helping them develop.
- Maintaining excellence: Keeping the venue clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times.
- A welcoming ambassador: Aligning with our culture to make every guest feel truly valued.
