## About the Role
We’re looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Tooting Tavern, a Castle Pubs venue with a unique vibe and loyal regulars. If you’ve got a passion for great customer service, a welcoming personality, and a knack for training teams, we want you.

## Responsibilities
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Tooting Tavern’s daily operations. This includes:
- Acting as a guest-host and face of the pub, ensuring every visitor feels valued
- Confidently leading teams, driving service standards, and resolving issues
- Training and mentoring team members to up their game
- Maintaining high hygiene and safety within the venue
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day site management

## Requirements
- A warm, approachable personality – essential for delivering great service
- Experience in supervisory or team-lead roles (previously in hospitality is a plus but not essential)
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for training and developing colleagues
- Knowledge of health & safety standards is beneficial
