Part-Time Shop Assistant
Hours: 20 hours per week
Requires flexibility for weekends and bank holidays.
Pay: £13.15 per hour (£12.35 per hour during the 3-month probationary period)
Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Shop Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional service to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Drive Sales: Use cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximise opportunities.
- Store Standards: Maintain store presentation and organisation to company standards.
- Operations: Confidently utilise the POS system to handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory control.

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in retail (high-end retail preferred).
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions.
- A proactive, dependable individual who can work autonomously.
- A strong understanding of current fashion trends.
