As a Social Content Creator, you'll make an impact by creating scroll-stopping, trend-led content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest, helping to grow and engage our ever-evolving social communities. Working as part of our Social Team and reporting into the Social Media & Influencer Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life through creative storytelling, innovative content ideas and engaging platform-first content.
We're looking for one Social Content Creator to support Katie Loxton, focusing on styling-led content that showcases our accessories and lifestyle collections in inspiring, trend-driven ways. Alongside this, we're seeking a second Social Content Creator for Joma Jewellery, creating meaningful, story-led content that brings our jewellery collections, gifting moments and brand values to life through authentic storytelling and emotional connection.
These are collaborative and fast-paced roles where no two days are the same. From capturing content on location and at events to reacting quickly to emerging social trends, you'll work closely with the wider Social and Brand teams to deliver engaging content aligned to our marketing calendar and brand vision.
The successful candidates will be social media obsessed, highly creative and always ahead of the latest trends. Whether your strength lies in fashion, styling and visual content creation, or in crafting compelling stories that resonate with audiences, you'll have a passion for creating content that drives engagement and builds brand love.
These are hybrid roles, meaning you will be required to work from our Head Office based in Banbury, Oxfordshire twice a week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
