What are you going to do

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Design basic graphics, videos, and promotional content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Grow online communities by increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
