About Us
We are a growing Carpentry and Joinery company looking for a creative and motivated individual to help establish and manage our social media presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, building brand awareness, and helping a business grow through digital marketing.
Role Overview
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to set up and manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, and help build our online presence. The role will also involve helping track incoming enquiries, supporting follow-ups, and assisting with email campaigns using our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimise company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts and content.
- Manage and grow our social media following.
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments where appropriate.
- Develop ideas for content that promotes our services and brand.
- Keep track of enquiries and leads generated through social media.
- Maintain a simple system for recording leads and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Create and manage email campaigns using our CRM system (Pipedrive).
- Work with the team to promote projects, updates and company news.
- Track performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Experience with CRM systems or email marketing tools (experience with Pipedrive is beneficial).
- Ability to create engaging content (text, images, short videos).
- Organised and able to keep track of enquiries and leads.
- Creative, proactive and reliable.
- Good communication skills.

We are a small to medium sized bespoke joinery company which was established in 2005. We mainly work for the commercial industry for small to large building contractors. We carry out all aspects of joinery from Labour only carpentry to complete joinery fit out packages. We also offer timber window restoration and manufacture complete new windows and doors. We are always looking to strive, grow and improve as a company and are always on the lookout for proactive and conscientious team Members.
