Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you’ll:
- Lead your team to meet targets and deliver outstanding food quality.
- Train and empower your team to take pride in serving excellent food.
- Assist the Head Chef with:
- Food ordering.
- Food preparation.
- Stock control.
- Master branded menu execution with precision.
- Confidently manage Chefs and the broader kitchen team.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and hygiene regulations for the team.
