Speech & Language Therapist (HCPC Registered)

Part-Time Speech and Language Therapist (3 Days per Week)

Location: Horsham

Start: September 2026

You’ll join an expanding therapy team, working alongside teachers and other professionals to deliver high-quality speech and language support for children and young people with additional needs.

Your Responsibilities – Part-time Speech And Language Therapist (3 Days)

  • Deliver SaLT-led social communication groups.
  • Facilitate LEGO®-Based Therapy sessions.
  • Provide 1:1 speech, language, and communication interventions.
  • Complete assessments, reports, EHCP advice, and progress reviews.
  • Support staff in creating communication-friendly learning environments.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for pupils.

About You

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • HCPC registration as a Speech & Language Therapist.
  • Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
  • Completion of the RCSLT Qualified Practitioner competencies.
  • At least two years’ post-qualification experience.
  • A passion for supporting neurodiverse children and young people.
  • An interest in social communication and autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
