You’ll join an expanding therapy team, working alongside teachers and other professionals to deliver high-quality speech and language support for children and young people with additional needs.
Your Responsibilities – Part-time Speech And Language Therapist (3 Days)
- Deliver SaLT-led social communication groups.
- Facilitate LEGO®-Based Therapy sessions.
- Provide 1:1 speech, language, and communication interventions.
- Complete assessments, reports, EHCP advice, and progress reviews.
- Support staff in creating communication-friendly learning environments.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for pupils.
About You
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- HCPC registration as a Speech & Language Therapist.
- Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
- Completion of the RCSLT Qualified Practitioner competencies.
- At least two years’ post-qualification experience.
- A passion for supporting neurodiverse children and young people.
- An interest in social communication and autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
