Your Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Share your passion for sport and expertise through interactive guidance with users.
- Provide the best technical advice across the sports categories you’re responsible for.
- Support omnichannel sales, assisting customers in both in-store and online shopping experiences.
Merchandising
- Manage stock levels and pricing as part of full-time or part-time duties.
- Maintain high-quality merchandising standards to ensure customers quickly locate the right products for their needs.
Team Player
- Collaborate with a team of passionate Sales Assistants who enjoy sport and celebrate victories together.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues while working independently and collaboratively.
