Role Description
This role involves supporting day-to-day marketing activities, including promoting personalized sports products, assisting with campaign planning, and helping to manage social media and other promotional channels. The team member will engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and help drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities may include:

Working hours are part-time, with some flexibility to support peak periods and events.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience or interest in Sales & Marketing and Sales to support product promotion and revenue growth.
- Ability to contribute to Team Leadership in small project groups or campaigns.
- Interest in sports and sports branding, with the ability to understand the needs of athletes and teams.
- Basic proficiency with social media platforms and online marketing tools.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail when handling orders, inquiries, and marketing materials.
- Ability to work on-site in Loughborough and collaborate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
