Part Time Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Supervisor to join our kids store in Trafford Centre. For this role you will need to demonstrate outstanding people skills - as well as being a natural with our 'little customers'. About the role – Leading the team by example ensuring our little shoppers and their parents/guardians feel like they have had the best shopping journey from start to finish Engaging with customers and staff members alike Helping your team to exceed their goals and celebrating their achievements Striving for operational excellence Assisting with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team Adhering to company policies and guidelines Promoting the schuh brand through our service values About the person - Enthusiastic, incredibly ambitious and ready for anything Optimistic and energetic Prepared to work hard Act as a role model in store Passionate about retail/customer service/footwear Target driven Keen eye for detail and knowledge of trends Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
