About Us

Autism Initiatives provides a personalised, autism-specialist service designed to make a positive difference to the lives of autistic people.

Our services focus on:

  • Supporting individuals to achieve and maintain maximum independence in their homes
  • Empowering people to achieve success in all areas of life
  • Assisting individuals to pursue their passions and enjoy fulfilling lives
  • Enabling people to actively participate in their communities

The Role: Our Expectations

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our dynamic support team, where our mission is to encourage autistic people to lead active, rewarding lives. Your work may include:

  • Organising community activities such as swimming, walking groups, museum visits, or trips to the cinema
  • Promoting health and wellness to help maintain strong well-being
  • Supporting individuals with home maintenance and daily living tasks
  • Delivering personalised, goal-driven support tailored to each person’s strengths, abilities, and aspirations

While previous experience supporting autistic individuals is a plus, it’s not essential—we provide comprehensive training, and our friendly, supportive team will guide you every step of the way.

Company Values & Culture

We recognise the critical importance of shared values, and we look for people who:

  • Approach their role with enthusiasm, empathy, and strong foundations of autism knowledge
  • Embrace collaboration and are ready to build strong, trusting relationships with the people we support

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
