The Role
We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Support Worker to join our team in Harrogate. This role involves supporting individuals with their daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing.

Shift Pattern: 7:00am – 1:30/2:00pm daily (approximately 6.5–7 hours per day, 32–35 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with morning routines and meal preparation
- Supporting individuals to access the community
- Administering or prompting medication (where required)
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
Requirements
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning starts
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
