Find out more about The Woodspeen by visiting our website: https://www.thewoodspeen.com/ Job Description WSH Restaurants is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team during a maternity cover period. This is a varied and fast-paced role that goes beyond traditional PA responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work across operations, marketing, events, communications and business coordination within a growing hospitality group. The role supports a collection of restaurants across the South of England, including The Woodspeen, The Boxford, The Clockspire, The Braywood and 74 Charlotte Street. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment, enjoys working across multiple projects, and can confidently manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage the Managing Director’s diary, meetings, travel and day-to-day scheduling Coordinate meetings, tastings, site visits, events and reviews Manage inbox correspondence, draft communications and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting notes and follow-up actions Support operational administration, including expenses, reconciliation and occasional invoicing Coordinate projects and ensure actions and deadlines are effectively managed across teams Liaise with chefs, venue teams, suppliers, PR agencies, photographers, media partners and VIP clients Assist with marketing, advertising, promotional activity and brand coordination across the restaurant group Support restaurant launches, menu tastings, events and guest experience initiatives Collate and distribute operational and commercial reports for the leadership team Organise VIP reservations, bespoke guest requests and hospitality arrangements Provide flexible administrative and operational support across the wider senior leadership team About You Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Calm, adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment Professional and confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Able to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Comfortable working across multiple sites, priorities and stakeholders Previous experience within hospitality, luxury or fast-paced commercial environments is desirable This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing restaurant group and play a key role supporting senior leadership across a diverse and ambitious hospitality business. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or an administrative role preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office software preferred (e.g., Microsoft Office). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
