🚀 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
  • Support match nights, social events and club activities
  • Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch-side
  • Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised
  • Help run leagues and pitch bookings smoothly
  • Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service

🧠 What You Bring to the Squad:

  • A people-person with great communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
  • Previous experience in customer service - hospitality, leisure or sport is great - but not essential
  • And let’s face it — you’ve got a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
