What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
- Support match nights, social events, and club activities
- Serve customers across our venues, including reception, bar, and pitch-side
- Maintain the venue as safe, clean, and well-organised
- Assist in running leagues and pitch bookings smoothly
- Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service

What You Bring to the Squad
- A people-person with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable working on your feet
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
- Customer service experience (e.g., in hospitality, leisure, or sport) is desirable but not essential
- A passion for sport, community, and energy that inspires others
