Part-Time Telemarketing & Telesales Executive
Hours: 2 days per week, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Working Days: Choose any two days from Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Location: South Croydon
We’re a friendly, established but growing business looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketing & Telesales Executive to join our small team. We specialise in providing drivers and other workers to companies in Croydon who need help with covering holidays, sickness and peaks in their businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and generating new business in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote our products and services professionally and confidently.
- Maintain and update our client and prospect database.
- Follow up on enquiries and nurture potential customers.
- Record all customer interactions accurately within our CRM/database.
- Work closely with the team to support business growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, positive and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competent IT skills and experience using CRM or customer databases would be an advantage.
