Part-Time Temporary Property Administrator - 18 hours per week - City of London
My client, a globally established property firm are seeking an experience administrator on a rolling temporary contract to support the Head Office functions and BTR site teams.

Hours: 18 hours per week, the role can be 2 days a week or 3 days a week with shorter hours
Duties:
- General Administration work
- Opening the post and scanning this in/forwarding onto relevant sites
- Dealing with consolidated billing
- Chasing late payment charge refunds
- Communicating with utility companies
- Managing two central inboxes
- Other ad hoc admin tasks

Pay: £15 per hour
