You'll be the weekend point of contact for our network of concierge agents and B2B partners — processing bookings for theatre tickets and attractions, handling incoming calls, and ensuring every partner interaction reflects the high standard of service we're known for. This is a great fit for someone who's calm under pressure, has strong telephone instincts, and takes genuine pride in getting the details right.

Please note: this is a remote, fixed-term contract (12 months) and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. The shift is 4 hours every Saturday, 14:00–18:00. Initial training will take place both onsite and remotely during the week for the first two weeks.

The hourly rate for this opportunity is £14 per hour.

What Success Looks Like

  • Partner Experience → Concierge agents and B2B partners consistently receive responsive, accurate, and professional service on Saturdays.
  • Booking Accuracy → Bookings are processed correctly across all systems with minimal errors and smooth supplier coordination.
  • Product Confidence → Strong working knowledge of our full range of shows and attractions, applied naturally in every partner interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with concierge agents, servicing their booking requests primarily via telephone
  • Process bookings accurately across online and offline systems
  • Liaise with our supplier network to ensure seamless fulfilment of partner requests
  • Respond to partner queries with professionalism and care
  • Share relevant partner feedback with the Trade Manager to support ongoing service improvements
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across our full range of shows and attractions

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Previous customer service experience; travel trade knowledge a strong plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and a confident telephone manner
  • A proactive, positive attitude and genuine team-player instincts
