The Role

Our Support Workers are the heart of our community, and we seek both new career candidates and experienced professionals (e.g., Mental Health Support Workers, Care Workers, Healthcare Assistants, or Care Assistants). Where You’ll Work: The Pines

Located in Fornham St Martin, Suffolk, The Pines is a lively, inclusive residential community featuring:

  • Private bedrooms & charming flats
  • Experienced staff available for daily support
  • Collaborative living space where everyone contributes to cooking, cleaning, and decision-making
  • Engaging activities: arts & crafts, classes (e.g., gardening), or creative hobbies
  • A fun, community-driven atmosphere with shared meals and celebrations

Key Responsibilities

You’ll help support residents to:

  • Engage in meaningful activities that empower joy and independence
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, both within The Pines and the wider community
  • Celebrate life’s special occasions together
  • Facilitate communication that respects individual needs, allowing everyone to interact effectively

Shift Details

  • Rotational nights (including Waking support duties)
  • Part-Time Hours
