If so, read on, as we’re looking for a Part Time Warehouse Administrator to join our Coventry team! The InPost Newstrade division specialises in final-mile delivery for newspaper publishers and magazine distributors, covering 75% of the UK and Ireland with a 45% market share. Operating from 36 locations, it delivers almost 1bn newspapers, magazines, and collectibles to around 21,000 customers. The division includes core final-mile operations, magazine primary distribution, corporate distribution, outsourced retail consultancy, and airside media placement. About the role: As an integral part of the InPost team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to understand and meet the needs of customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and consistently high standards of service delivery. You will take ownership of managing customer enquiries, providing timely and effective support, assisting with procurement activities, and maintaining accurate, up to date data and records. Through your attention to detail and proactive approach, you will help facilitate smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team. 📍 Location: InPost Distribution, Imperial Park, Siskin Parkway West, Coventry CV3 4PB 📅 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 🕒 Hours: 14:00pm - 18:00pm 💰 Salary: £14.43 per hour

What you’ll be doing: • Manage and maintain accurate day books of stock processed through the warehouse using the WMS application (Stirling). • Book in titles within the Goods In area, ensuring deliveries are accurately checked and recorded. • Coordinate the movement of stock following Goods In, ensuring items are processed and transferred to the correct warehouse areas. • Communicate with customers via email regarding incoming stock, delivery updates, and related enquiries. • Investigate and resolve stock issues, including quarantined or non-conforming titles, in line with warehouse procedures. • Accurately input and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems to support customer feedback and reporting. • Provide general administrative support and undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required to support warehouse operations. What we need from you: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced word-processing skills and the ability to produce clear, professional documentation. A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Confident written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear information sharing and effective collaboration at all levels of the organisation. Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate in fast-paced or high-pressure environments while consistently meeting deadlines. A reliable and collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive and productive workplace culture. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks and processes. A proactive commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and safety, with a continuous improvement mindset. Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
