PART TIME WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a part time Warranty Administrator to work at our Multi-Brand Northampton branch, home of Fiat, Abarth, JEEP, SEAT, and CUPRA.
The Role:
- Accurately processing warranty claims to the manufacturer’s high standards.
- Examining completed warranty repair orders, prepare claim forms and supporting material and ensure maximum return from the manufacturer for all warranty work including the issue of credit notes and associated paperwork.
- Responsible for inputting the manufacturer’s warranty payments, return of warranty parts to manufacturer and reconciliation of warranty schedule, all to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately.

Working hours are 20-25 hours per week (Flexibility on days and hours to suit the right candidate).

We Offer:
- Salary of £15,000 - £18,750 (based on £30k FTE)
