Role Description

The Part Time Women’s Health Territory Manager role is a remote position responsible for promoting MSB Healthcare’s Women’s Health and Femtech innovations across an assigned territory in the UK. Day-to-day activities include:

The role involves identifying opportunities within clinics, hospitals, and community settings, organising virtual and in-person meetings where appropriate, and gathering feedback to inform commercial and clinical strategies. The Territory Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, ensure accurate reporting on territory activity, and contribute to the overall mission of improving women’s health outcomes.

This is a part-time role, offering flexibility while requiring proactive territory management and consistent professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, or territory management within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Knowledge or demonstrable interest in Women’s Health, Femtech, and evidence-based healthcare innovations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a part-time schedule effectively, and prioritise multiple tasks across a defined territory.
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms for virtual meetings, CRM systems, reporting, and remote collaboration.
  • Relevant degree or professional background in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
  • Valid right to work in the UK and willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
