Holy Trinity is a vibrant, welcoming church family in the heart of Tewkesbury, passionate about seeing young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and fulfil the purposes God has for them. We are looking for a Youth Pastor who shares this heart; someone who loves being with young people, builds genuine relationships, and walks alongside them with wisdom, compassion, and joy.
We long to see our young people (ages 11–18) come to a living faith in Jesus Christ and be equipped to serve in the power of the Holy Spirit. If this vision stirs something in you, we would love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About The Role
We are looking for a Youth Pastor who will lead, shape, and grow our ministry with young people in school years 6–13.
