Business Services Partner – Bury St Edmunds
We are looking for an experienced Business Services professional to join as a Partner at our thriving firm based in Bury St Edmunds. This role offers the chance to lead, grow a dynamic team, build strong client relationships and drive the strategic direction of the business services offering in a high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Strategic Leadership
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of business services clients, providing strategic advice on:
- Accounting
- Audit
- Business advisory
- Be the key client contact, offering expert guidance on:
- Business performance
- Growth strategies
- Financial management
Team Development & Service Excellence
- Oversee the growth and performance of the business services team, ensuring:
- High-quality client service delivery
- Talent development
- A collaborative and productive working culture

Business Development & Strategic Growth
- Drive business development, including:
- Identifying new opportunities
- Strengthening existing client relationships

Industry & Compliance Leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends, legislative changes, and market dynamics to ensure:

Who You Are: Essential Criteria
- Proven track record as a Business Services professional, with experience in managing diverse client portfolios and delivering strategic advisory services
- Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with:
- Significant experience in accounting, audit, and business advisory
- Exceptional communicator, skilled in:
- Building long-term client relationships
- Engaging stakeholders and teams
- Natural leader with experience in:
- Managing and mentoring teams
- Delivering exceptional results under pressure
- Commercially astute, with:
- A keen eye for business development opportunities
- Strong growth-driven mindset
- Strategic thinker who:
- Focuses on client and firm objectives
- Balances short-term impact with long-term success
