Commercial Litigation Partner | London, City | Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers-Ranked Firm | Brand New £6M Offices | Hybrid Working 3 Days per Week
The Firm:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner to join a growing, entrepreneurial City firm with big plans.
This Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice competes with much larger firms while maintaining a genuinely collaborative culture. With recent Partner hires from Top 50 and Top 100 firms, new Central London offices, and plans to double in size, the firm is entering a significant growth phase.

The Role You will:
- Lead on high-quality Commercial Litigation matters
- Supervise Commercial Litigation Solicitors
- Oversee a similar number of support staff
- Play a key role in the strategic growth of the disputes team
This is a genuine leadership position offering autonomy, visibility, and a clear route to equity.
The Candidate:
- 10+ years’ PQE, qualified in England & Wales
- Strong academic background
- Majority of experience in commercial/general litigation within a small to mid-sized firm
- Proven supervision and leadership experience
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communicator with strong business development ability
- A following is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate the drive and ability to generate work.
