Contentious Trust & Probate Partner/Head of Department 8+ PQE |Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers Ranked | London, City

This Top Tier L500 ranked London practice is recognised for its specialist contentious probate work, advising a broad client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals to vulnerable clients and the organisations supporting them.

This is a chance to work as part of the wider Private Client team which is one of the most established in the UK with 45 Fee-Earners.

The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of probate and trust disputes, including:
- Will challenges
- 1975 Act claims
- Executor, trustee and beneficiary disputes
- Issues arising from trust administration and independent appointments

The Candidate & Benefits:
- Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE in Contentious Probate
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts and estate disputes
- Confident in drafting, negotiation and case management
- Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to complex family dynamics
- Organised, proactive and committed to high ethical standards
- ACTAPS membership (or intention) and mediation experience desirable
