This Top Tier L500 ranked London practice is recognised for its specialist contentious probate work, advising a broad client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals to vulnerable clients and the organisations supporting them.

With offices across the UK and an international presence, the firm combines high-quality work with a collaborative and supportive culture.

The firm prides itself on investing in its people, encouraging independent thinking and creating an environment where lawyers can take ownership of their careers while being supported by experienced colleagues and Partners.

This is a chance to work as part of the wider Private Client team which is one of the most established in the UK with 45 Fee-Earners.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of probate and trust disputes, including:

  • Will challenges
  • 1975 Act claims
  • Executor, trustee and beneficiary disputes
  • Issues arising from trust administration and independent appointments

The Candidate & Benefits:

  • Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE in Contentious Probate
  • Strong knowledge of wills, trusts and estate disputes
  • Confident in drafting, negotiation and case management
  • Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to complex family dynamics
  • Organised, proactive and committed to high ethical standards
  • ACTAPS membership (or intention) and mediation experience desirable
