The Role
The firm is seeking an Employment Partner (10+ Years Post-Qualification Experience) to join at a critical point in its growth.
As part of a thriving Employment team, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive advisory work across contentious and non-contentious matters
- Help shape the department’s next phase of expansion, taking a leading role in a busy practice
- Capitalise on a high-visibility, influential position with real opportunities to grow your practice

- An experienced Employment Partner (10+ PQE) with strong technical expertise across all types of work, contentious and non-contentious
- Commercially astute, highly regarded in client-facing relationships, and eager to contribute to a growing team
- Valued preexisting leadership experience; an established following is welcome but not mandatory
