The Employment team is recognised for its technical expertise, commercial approach, and ability to deliver practical solutions for clients. As part of the firm's wider strategic growth plans, the department is entering an exciting phase of expansion, creating a significant opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer to play a key role in shaping its future direction.

The Role: The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Partner with a minimum of 8 years' PQE to join the team in a senior capacity.

This role offers a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and contentious employment work, primarily acting for employers across a diverse client base.

Matters include: Corporate support and employment aspects of business transactions Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims Redundancy and restructuring projects Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes Senior executive and HR advisory work Day-to-day employment law support for commercial clients

The Candidate & Benefits: The successful candidate will be an experienced Employment Partner with at least 8 years' PQE and a strong track record of advising employer clients. You will possess excellent technical expertise across a broad range of employment law matters and demonstrate a commercial, solutions-focused approach to client service. The firm is particularly interested in lawyers who: Have an established profile and network within London and the surrounding regions. Are confident managing complex employment matters with minimal supervision. Enjoy developing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
