About the Role The Partner Account Executive reports into the Regional Sales Manager within the wider PXC Sales function. Our Sales function is a vibrant and energetic team that plays a major role in the shaping and structuring of sales opportunities, informing product strategy, maintaining the customer base and maximising value by using our market, regulatory, product and customer knowledge. We work alongside and support our stakeholders which include Commercial, Finance, Product and Operations. Our team ranges from Partner Account Executive up to Account Director level, allowing our colleagues ample opportunity to develop their careers within the business. The Partner Account Executive is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or sales executive who loves a challenge to launch their sales career within Telecoms. The Partner Account Executives own the commercial relationship with our Partners and are responsible for delivering the annual P&L goals and associated KPI targets. In this role you will be responsible for managing a range of desk-based accounts (normally between 50-80). By building a strong relationship with partners, you will be expected to maintain and develop these accounts by cross selling and upselling across our whole product portfolio. You will be assigned realistic targets based on the potential development/performance of the account. What you will be working on Some of the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Responsible for the commercial relationship between PXC and your Partners. Foster and build partnerships within each of your accounts Executing Sales Campaigns within the Partner channel Retain & build existing and new revenue streams, whilst exceeding your allocated sales targets and achieving allocated KPI measures. Deliver accurate weekly commitment forecasting based on partner opportunity for rolling 90 day period. Building effective internal relationships with colleagues Proactively identify, qualify and secure new partners with no relationship with PXC Reply to Partners within 24 hours. Cross-selling and upselling Ensure partners are aware of full product portfolio Responsible for the accuracy of customer data in salesforce-ensuring our data is kept up to date What will make you successful in your role? Must have: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to establish and build effective relationships at all levels Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload whilst working at pace/working to deadlines Commercial acumen and negotiation skills in order to maximise our opportunities The ability to think creatively in order to provide solutions to our partners Strong communication skills with the ability to present to all levels.
