Are you ready to be the driving force behind partner success and business growth?
As a Partner Account Executive at A-SAFE, you will play a key role in supporting and driving commercial growth through our partner network. Working closely with Partner Account Managers, you will help partners get the right support, technical enablement and onboarding, while keeping activity and pipeline information accurate in CRM. This Partner Account Executive role is ideal for someone who builds strong relationships, follows clear processes and helps partners succeed over the long term.
How you will make an impact:
- You’ll be a trusted first point of contact for new and existing channel partners, giving clear, timely support on product and technical queries.
- You’ll proactively engage partners to understand their opportunities, support their commercial growth and improve the overall partner experience.
- You’ll book appointments for Partner Account Managers, coordinating schedules so partner meetings happen smoothly and efficiently.
- You’ll run regular virtual pipeline reviews with partner representatives, helping to identify opportunities, progress activity and resolve challenges.
- You’ll organise partner enablement activities, including Lunch & Learns and CPD sessions, to strengthen engagement and technical knowledge.
- You’ll support smooth onboarding for new partners by making sure they have the resources, training and information they need to sell effectively.
- You’ll capture quote requirements, prepare project handovers or surveys, and coordinate sales order details with the relevant technical teams.
- You’ll keep CRM/PRM records accurate and provide clear updates on partner activity, performance, forecasts and market developments.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a partner account executive or internally based account management role.
- Experience working with global partners and supporting long-term commercial relationships.
- A confident, professional telephone manner and a strong track record of building customer and business relationships.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple priorities.
- A natural problem solver who is process orientated, disciplined and comfortable following SOPs.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, KPI reporting and strong general IT skills.
- Good commercial awareness, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative approach to team working.
- Previous experience in, or knowledge of, the industry would be beneficial.
