đ„Why This Role Is SO Important:
As a Partner Account Manager, you are responsible for driving new business acquisition, upsell and reducing downsell and churn through high-energy, relationship-led management backed by real-time performance data. Your goal is to help partners bring on as many clients as possible while retaining the clients they have already brought on by using data to identify and motivate their most productive sales channels. You won't just be managing accountsâyouâll be driving real business impact, forming long-term relationships, and helping partners unlock new opportunities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Maintain a regular and structured programme of contact to drive consistent business growth.
- Performance Analysis: Use partner performance data and trial conversion rates to prioritise outreach and coaching efforts.
- Sales Execution: Achieve set targets for new trials and new customer acquisitions through proactive, data-informed account management.
- Partner Enablement: Deliver online demonstrations and training to upskill partners and their clients on how to effectively promote the Breathe platform.
- Account Health: Use engagement data to proactively identify dissatisfaction and resolve issues to minimise account downsell and churn.

- Screening Call: Virtual via Google Meet with one of our People Team to have a friendly chat, learn more about your experience, what excites you about the role, and how you align with our people-first culture.
- Competency Interview: Online Youâll meet the hiring manager and weâll dive into your skills, ambitions, and how youâd impact. This is also your chance to ask us anything about the role and company!
- Final stage Interview: (In person with short presentation) Youâll meet the hiring manager and our Partnerships Lead, and give us a 10-15 min presentation (weâre working on the brief!) A chance to come and see our offices and get a feel for our culture
