About Distology

At Distology, we bring innovative and disruptive cybersecurity solutions to market. As a specialist distributor, we connect world-class vendors with partners to deliver technologies that protect IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Our success comes from our people — experts who thrive on collaboration, relationship-building, and driving partner success.

About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. Your focus will be on strengthening these relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping partners fully leverage our vendor portfolio to maximise mutual value and long-term success.

You’ll be responsible for both account management and commercial performance—balancing day-to-day partner engagement with a proactive approach to revenue growth. This includes understanding partner needs, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating internally with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
