Role Description

The Partner Agent role is a full-time hybrid position based in Plymouth, combining on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Partner Agent will:

  • Nurture client relationships
  • Maintain regular communication
  • Ensure a high standard of personal service throughout each transaction
  • Prepare property marketing materials
  • Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders
  • Keep accurate records to support smooth sales progression

Partner Agents will actively contribute to local business development, networking within the community, and promoting the Helen Moore Property brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential property sales, lettings, or estate agency, ideally within mid to high-end markets.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide personal, one-to-one service and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including confident face-to-face, phone, and written interactions.
  • Solid local market knowledge of Plymouth and the wider South Hams region, or the ability to develop this expertise quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and transactions simultaneously, with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with digital tools for property marketing, CRM systems, online listings, and remote collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach, capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a small team environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for property visits and client meetings.
  • Previous experience in corporate or independent estate agencies is beneficial, as is experience working with developers.
  • Relevant professional training or accreditation in property or estate agency is an advantage but not essential.
