Partner – Asset Management Executive Search

Location: London Base Salary: £175k Total Compensation (Uncapped): 45%


About the Role

Shape the growth of the Asset Management practice within a £30m Financial Services search business.

A Global Top 5 financial services search firm is hiring a Partner to lead its Asset Management Practice.

The role includes:

  • Working alongside existing Partners to expand the business.
  • Serving the global Tier 1 Asset Management space (e.g., BlackRock, Macquarie, and wider).

The Platform

  • A £30m business unit with long-standing, retained relationships across:
    • Asset Managers
    • Hedge Funds
    • Private Equity
    • Global Investment Banks
    • Quantitative Trading Platforms
  • 70% Buy-Side / 30% Sell-Side coverage
  • Fee range: £60k to £500k (average partner productivity sits at £1.2m)
  • Operates across London, New York, Dubai, and Hong Kong
  • Invested in AI-enabled technology to enhance speed, accuracy, client insight, and compete for C-suite mandates
