Partner Development Director

Partner Development Director – Equifax UK

About the Role

The Partner Development Director will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and expanding Equifax UK’s market reach through strategic partnerships. This senior role will be a key contributor to Equifax UK’s growth strategy, fostering innovation and delivering mutual value through collaborative partnerships. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and manage relationships with key partners, including technology providers, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise potential partners aligned with Equifax UK’s strategic objectives and target markets
  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive revenue growth, as well as comprehensive partner recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for partners
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and conduct regular partner performance reviews with agreed KPIs that measure progress
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling partner joint value propositions
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams (locally and globally where required) to ensure partner alignment with Equifax UK’s overall strategy
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies and represent Equifax UK at industry events and conferences

Requirements & Experience Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development within the technology or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, alongside a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles
