Partner Development Director
Partner Development Director – Equifax UK

The Partner Development Director will be a key contributor to Equifax UK’s growth strategy, focusing on significant revenue growth and market expansion through strategic alliances. This senior role involves:
- Identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners (technology providers, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances).
- Ensuring mutual value for Equifax and partners.
What You Will Do
Core Responsibilities

Partner Identification & Prioritisation
- Identify and assess potential partners aligned with Equifax UK’s strategic objectives and target markets.

Go-to-Market & Recruitment Strategies
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive revenue growth.
- Design and implement partner recruitment and onboarding strategies.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, strong partnerships with key stakeholder groups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner engagement.

Joint Business Planning & KPIs
- Develop and execute joint business plans.
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews against agreed KPIs.

Collaboration & Alignment
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling joint value propositions.
- Work with product, marketing, and sales teams—locally and globally—to ensure alignment with Equifax UK’s overall strategy.

- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.
What You Bring (Requirements)

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Extensive industry experience in:
- Partner development
- Alliance management
- Business development
- Focused on technology or financial services.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Ability to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
- Excel in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Apply strategic thinking alongside a strong grasp of sales & marketing principles.
