Partner Development Lead Manager
We are looking for a Partner Development Lead Manager to support and drive the success of the Android Enterprise Partner Ecosystem across the EMEA region. This role focuses on partner enablement, training compliance, expertise validation, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and program management.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners successfully achieve and maintain Android Enterprise Partner Expertise requirements while supporting regional business objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong project management and analytical skills. Additionally, it is essential that they demonstrate excellent follow-up, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Program Management
- Serve as a trusted Program Consultant by providing strategic guidance and advisory support to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert by providing recommendations to improve partner performance, operational efficiency, and program effectiveness.
- Guide partners throughout the Android Enterprise Partner Expertise validation journey.
- Develop and maintain reports showing Partner Expertise validation status by Priority, Product, and Partner.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to establish quarterly and annual training completion targets.
- Develop regional training plans with Business Development and Regional Enablement Leads to ensure successful Partner Expertise validation.
- Proactively support Priority (P0/P1) partners through their validation journey.
- Monitor partner onboarding, training completion, certification, and validation progress.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on Partner Expertise validation status.
- Track regional performance against established targets.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve partner readiness and compliance.
- Maintain reporting dashboards using Google Sheets and Salesforce CRM.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Regional Enablement & Engagement Teams
- Track partner onboarding and validation progress.
- Coordinate partner training readiness.
- Update validation trackers using learning completion reports.
- Highlight training compliance issues to Business Development.
- Notify Engagement teams upon successful Partner Expertise validation.
- Ensure partners are aware of available enablement resources and guide them in leveraging these effectively.
Business Development
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development for the EMEA region.
- Track Priority (P0/P1) partner progress against regional targets.
- Provide regular validation and onboarding status updates.
- Identify and escalate partner-specific challenges requiring Business Development support.
Partner Escalation Desk (PED)
- Monitor Product Excellence validation status.
- Resolve validation challenges by:
- Gathering partner feedback.
- Escalating issues where appropriate.
- Recommending relevant training, documentation, knowledge base articles, and discussion forums.
- Escalate significant issues to Business Development when necessary.
Solutions Engineering
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to review partner service capabilities.
- Recommend training, support documentation, templates, and technical resources to improve partner service delivery and customer support quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience working with Channel Partner Programs within the technology industry.
- Experience working with IT vendors and partner ecosystems.
- Preferred experience working with:
- Mobility partners
- Mobile carriers
- Device resellers
- Device manufacturers
- Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) vendors
- Security vendors

Working Hours
- Regular Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (London Time)
- Flexibility Required
- Occasional availability outside standard business hours (06:00–08:30 and 17:30–21:30) to support meetings with regional and global stakeholders.
