The Role

We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to evaluate, activate, and grow integration partners within our marketplace ecosystem.

Sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality and commercial impact of our partner ecosystem. You'll manage the journey from initial partner engagement through to marketplace launch, while assessing which partnerships have the strongest strategic and revenue potential.

This isn't simply an onboarding role. You'll combine commercial judgement with relationship-building skills to identify high-potential partners, prioritise investment, and help create opportunities for mutual growth.

Responsibilities

  • Experience assessing opportunities against commercial or strategic criteria
  • Strong discovery, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Exposure to SaaS integrations, marketplaces, partner programmes, or ecosystem models
  • Experience supporting GTM initiatives, partner marketing, or joint business activities
  • Ability to influence external stakeholders and make informed prioritisation decisions
  • Confidence working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams

Partner Intake & Activation

  • Manage inbound integration partner requests from initial evaluation through to marketplace launch
  • Guide partners through onboarding requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Ensure high-quality marketplace listings and partner profiles
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
