Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent EnrolNet to promote services to UK schools and potential partners.
  • Research targeting markets to identify the right approach and campaigns to recruit new partners.
  • Formulate and drive sales strategies to achieve enrolment targets and operational plans.
  • Make recommendations on product/service development to ensure the competitiveness of EnrolNet’s products in the market.
  • Develop and strengthen relationship with customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales Teams in different regions and Operation Manager, providing regular communications on partnership strategy and results.
  • Coach your sales team to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of educators’ needs and monitor their preferences.
  • Travel across the UK to build relationships with potential partners.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of leading client development role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in education, sales or consulting business.
  • Strong experience from a B2B business development background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building successful relationships both within the business and with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation skills to demonstrate our products to potential partners.
  • Gain strong momentum in business and personal growth.
  • Excellent understanding of customer needs and behaviours. Dedication to drive client satisfaction.
  • With working or education background in the UK is a plus.
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English, Mandarin/ Cantonese-speaking as an added advantage.
