Job Overview
Everest Group is seeking an entrepreneurial and market-facing Partner to globally lead its Experience, Sales & Trust (EST) service line. The Partner will be responsible for shaping and executing the service line’s growth strategy, research agenda, client impact, and market positioning. The role combines executive leadership, thought leadership, client engagement, business development, and talent development.
The EST service line covers customer experience (CX), sales and marketing, and trust and safety across both services and technologies. While deep expertise in one of these domains is valuable, the successful candidate will primarily be an exceptional business leader capable of building an integrated market vision, developing high-performing teams, and creating measurable client value across the broader service line.
As a member of Everest Group’s senior leadership team, the Partner will help drive firm-wide growth, collaborate across practices, and represent Everest Group with senior executives, service providers, technology vendors, investors, and industry influencers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
