Read this first: this is not a salaried role. It's a partnership - you build your own client base, run engagements on our system, and keep 70% of every engagement you originate. If you're looking for employment, this isn't it. If you've been thinking about going independent and didn't want to start from zero, keep reading.
What preFDD is
preFDD turns a dataroom into a sourced red-flag memo in 48 hours - the accounting irregularities, earnings-quality issues, concentrations and related-party questions that decide whether a deal deserves full FDD spend. It was pressure-tested on live deals, and is now part of one PE fund's standard procedure before any full diligence is done. We are commercializing it now as a service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What the economics look like
A pre-FDD engagement is a fixed-fee product delivered in roughly two working days on our system. At 70%, a partner running 5-6 engagements a month builds an income comparable to a senior salaried role - on their own book, without employees, office or software costs.
Process
- Short intro call → we show you the system and a sanitized memo → partnership agreement. We roll it out fast
