Job Overview
At AdLiven, the Partner Growth and Relations Manager is a pivotal role that spearheads our Partner Relations for both gaming and non-gaming partners. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Partner Relations Director, this role is designed to amplify AdLiven's revenue growth and uphold our commitment to excellence in service. The incumbent will craft and execute innovative strategies tailored to the London/Barcelona market, with a clear mandate to surpass revenue targets, forge robust partner relationships, and reinforce AdLiven's position as a trailblazer in the mobile advertising creative space.

Key Responsibilities
Growth
- Spearhead the achievement of revenue targets within the designated market.
- Craft and execute revenue growth strategies for partners, ensuring the delivery of superior quality products and services.
- Translate growth strategies into actionable tactics and define success metrics for measurement.
- Proactively identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing partner base.
- Scout and secure new business leads, formulating strategies to expand AdLiven's market presence.
Partnership
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships, bridging communication between AdLiven and partners to align on objectives.
- Understand partner ambitions and align AdLiven's offerings to bolster partner success.
- Present AdLiven's capabilities and innovations, and incorporate partner feedback into the creative process.
- Forecast and set budgets with partners, tracking performance against agreed metrics.
- Assist in campaign ideation, ensuring alignment with both partner and organizational goals.
Business Development
- Identify and engage with potential new clients, showcasing AdLiven's unique value proposition.
- Facilitate the successful onboarding of new partners, setting the stage for long-term success.

- Build and lead a high-performing Partner Relations team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Navigate complex challenges with analytical acumen and a willingness to find common ground.
- Embody leadership by demonstrating best practices and setting the standard for excellence.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key success metrics.
Research
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of industry trends, ad formats, and network offerings to drive innovative strategy and execution.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in; Business, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital advertising and a robust understanding of visual design principles.
- Analytical prowess coupled with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and inspire.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in the native language corresponding to the market.
- Understanding of User Acquisition (UA) campaign KPIs and management best practices.
- Familiarity with various Ad Platforms, including Social Media and Rewarded Video (In-App).
- Insight into best practices for creative testing across platforms and knowledge of diverse ad formats and placements.
