We're building something the automotive world has never seen.

Phyron's AI generates personalised, immersive video tours of every car on a dealership's lot, automatically. We're live across 30+ countries, growing fast, and the product genuinely works. Dealers love it. Buyers convert. The momentum is real.

A big part of how we reach those dealers is through partners — CMS providers, digital marketing agencies and marketplaces who put Phyron in front of their own customers. That ecosystem is where our next wave of growth comes from. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager to own our reseller partner relationships end to end — growing the partners we already have, getting Phyron integrated cleanly into their platforms, and turning those partnerships into real, incremental revenue.

What it's actually like to work here

We think it's worth being honest about the environment you'd be joining, so you can make a good decision.

  • You'll own your partner portfolio from the start. We trust you to set the growth plans, run the relationships and make the call on where to spend your time — checking in rather than checking up.
  • The role is equal parts commercial and operational. One hour you're agreeing growth targets with a partner's leadership; the next you're coordinating a technical integration or running a demo. If you like both, you'll thrive.
  • You're the hub. You'll sit between partners and our technical, creative, product and marketing teams, and it's on you to keep everyone aligned and moving.
  • The pace is genuinely quick. Pilots, integrations and rollouts move faster than you might be used to, and that's by design.
  • We're a lean team, so your work has immediate, visible impact on revenue. There's nowhere for good work to go unnoticed.

If you do your best work with real ownership and the space to run your own accounts, this is a good place to be. If you need close direction and constant sign-off to feel comfortable, this role will stretch you faster than is comfortable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

Partner growth (the core of the role)

  • Own the relationship with our existing reseller partners as their primary point of contact.
  • Set growth targets with each partner in line with Phyron's partner budget and strategy, and build realistic plans to hit them.
  • Support partners against those plans — resources, training and insight — and step in on key end-customer meetings when it helps close.
  • Spot what's blocking a partner's growth and propose fixes.
  • Work with our internal teams to arm partners with the marketing collateral, sales tools and joint go-to-market plays that drive incremental revenue.
  • Review partner performance regularly and share insight and recommendations in bi-weekly reviews.

Integration & project coordination

  • Plan and run partner integrations, pilots and demo rollouts end to end.
  • Act as the central liaison between partners and Phyron's technical, creative and product teams.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations, and keep implementations on quality and on schedule.
  • Oversee the integration of Phyron's products into partner systems so they work cleanly within the partner's own workflows.

Enablement & support

  • Train partners on Phyron's demo tool and solutions to drive adoption and usage.
  • Guide partners through pilots, making sure the technical and operational pieces are in place.
  • Keep clear documentation of partner projects — timelines, milestones, outcomes — and keep internal stakeholders updated on progress and performance.

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Experience managing partners, channel or key accounts, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • A commercial head — you can set targets, build a growth plan and hold a partner to it.
  • Strong project coordination: you can run integrations and rollouts across multiple stakeholders without dropping balls.
  • Confident managing relationships with both external partners and internal technical teams.
  • Strong written English. You'll work with a distributed team, so clear communication is essential.
  • Self-directed and structured. You can manage your own portfolio and workload without close supervision.
