Shape the Future of Hospitality Rating
An established international real estate advisory business is looking to appoint a Partner to lead and grow its Hospitality Business Rates offering in London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Business Rates professional with a strong network across the hospitality sector to take ownership of an established client base while driving significant new business growth. The role offers genuine autonomy, a clear leadership platform and the opportunity to build a specialist team within one of the industry's most respected property consultancies.
This position would suit an ambitious Associate Partner, Partner or Director looking for greater influence, stronger earning potential and the opportunity to shape a national hospitality proposition.
The Opportunity
As Partner, you will be responsible for leading Hospitality Business Rates services across the UK, working with a diverse portfolio of clients including:
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Pubs
- Bars
- Leisure operators
- Holiday parks
- Casinos
- Student accommodation and other operational real estate
Working closely with senior leadership, you will develop the business strategy, strengthen existing client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities across both existing and new accounts. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence wider service lines across valuation, capital markets, agency and property management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Hospitality Business Rates service nationally.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the sector.
- Manage and expand relationships with major hospitality operators, investors and owners.
- Win new instructions through business development and market networking.
- Deliver strategic business rates advice across complex hospitality portfolios.
- Oversee Check, Challenge and Appeal cases where appropriate.
- Mentor and develop junior surveyors as the team continues to grow.
- Collaborate with colleagues across wider commercial property disciplines.
- Represent the business at industry events and within the hospitality market.
- Contribute towards the overall leadership and commercial success of the wider Business Rates division.
About You
You are likely to have:
- Extensive Business Rates experience within the hospitality sector.
- MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential depending on experience).
- A strong network across hospitality operators, investors and owners.
- Proven success winning new business and developing long term client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability.
- Experience managing client portfolios and delivering high quality advisory services.
- The ambition to help grow a market leading specialist business.
