Partner Implementation Manager
Location: New York City or London | Hybrid
Salary: up to $120,000 (or up to £90,000) + Equity
Help scale the partner ecosystem behind one of the world's leading scientific R&D platforms.
Most implementation roles are about delivering projects. This one is about building the function that enables others to deliver them. We're looking for a Partner Implementation Manager to become the technical bridge between our implementation team and its growing global partner ecosystem.
You'll begin by embedding yourself within our implementation team, learning the platform firsthand while working directly with enterprise customers. Once you've mastered the product, you'll transition into owning partner success—helping consulting firms and implementation partners deliver world-class deployments across some of the world's largest R&D organisations. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building scalable processes and helping others succeed.
What you'll be doing
- Spend your first six months as a hands-on member of the implementation team, delivering live customer implementations and becoming an expert on our platform
- Transition into owning partner success across 3–5 partner-led implementations, growing to 10–20 active accounts over time
- Act as the primary point of contact between implementation partners and our internal teams
- Hold regular enablement sessions, office hours and technical check-ins with partners
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and recommend best practices for customer deployments
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Account Management and Implementation Engineering to resolve complex customer requirements
- Build onboarding materials, implementation documentation and training programs that enable partners to deliver successful implementations independently
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and scale partner operations globally
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams while ensuring a consistently high standard of customer delivery

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
